Getting home safely
Shipping & delivery information
Pickup is always welcome. When that is not possible, we arrange ground transport or in-cabin airline delivery.
What delivery includes
The kindest trip is the one the puppy is ready for. We do not ship on a hope and a cheap crate. We ship when a veterinarian has cleared the puppy, the weather is safe, and a person is responsible at both ends. If those pieces are not in place, we wait. A delayed arrival is better than a frightened, overheated, or underfed ride.
Pickup families get the fullest briefing: we put the food scoop in your hand, show the brush path on the coat you are taking home, and read the packet together. Ground nanny routes work well for many U.S. cities when the vehicle is climate-controlled and the driver sends real updates. In-cabin airline travel is our preferred flight method when the puppy’s size and the airline’s current rules allow it. Cargo is a last conversation, not a default listing extra.
You will receive a health certificate dated for travel, an airline-approved carrier when flying, food, absorbent pads, and a blanket that smells like home. Fees depend on distance, season, and whether a nanny is flying or driving. We quote after we know your airport or city. If a meet-up halfway is kinder than a full route, we will say so. Start that planning on WhatsApp or email when you order, and keep +1 743-259-3337 saved for the travel day itself.
